Jeep

Some very generous friends of ours gave Samuel a used Power Machines Jeep. Wow, is this thing cool! Samuel loves it so much that first thing in the morning, he goes to the back door and says, "Car!" Of course, he is disappointed when we tell him that he has to wait. However, in the evenings we have been letting him ride it around. He is really good at the gas pedal, but hasn't figured out how to steer. Here are some pictures:

After playing on the Jeep, Samuel was a sweetheart and posed for a couple of pictures for mom! I think he did a great job. I am so excited about how he has started understanding the directions you give him. For example, in the next picture, Sit down, take paci out, smile big...

Then of course, my favorite picture from the evening. He is such a handsome man and he is growing up so fast.
