New House (part X)

The house is coming along great. It is harder to see progress at this phase, so I have not been posting as often. That and I got busy...Here are some of the latest photos from the 16th and 17th. Last week most of the work that was done was plumbing and A/C.

The biggest change to the outside of the house was the windows were installed.

The backporch prior to us sweeping out the house. Of course, it has been over a week since we swept and it needs to be swept again!

Staircase...Samuel's favorite part of the house. Gives me a heart attack every time he wants to go upstairs because there are no walls, no banister, and a long drop! Don't worry we either carry him or keep him close by.

Looking into the Media Room from the stairs. This will look a whole lot different once there are walls.

Samuel's bedroom on the 2nd floor. He is going to have a blast up here, but I need to get child-proof window locks so he doesn't throw stuff out the windows! I can imagine the cars, etc. I will find on the roof and lawn if he could get the windows open!

Jeff and Samuel going upstairs. Every step Samuel took was punctuated with the word "Stair!" Now just scream that with a 2 year old voice. Nice!

Yes, he is burry. Have you tried to take a picture of a 2 year old lately?!

On another note, we went to a friend's first birthday party. Here is Samuel enjoying his cupcake. Mind you, he only ate the icing...
